W&OD Trail

The W&OD Trails is a 45 mile walking & biking trail and Regional Park. You can catch the trail near the beautiful community of Cameron Chase. There is a small parking facility near the Parks and Recreation building or travel into Old Ashburn and pick it up at the Old Partlows Store, (Now Carolina Bros. BBQ Restaurant). The W&OD trail runs from Purcellville in the western part of Loudoun County to Shirlington in Arlington County. The park also includes an adjacent bridle path for those that enjoy horseback riding. Built on the Washington and Old Dominion railroad bed, this state park is a great way to spend a Saturday and discover the beauty of Northern Virginia.
